| This was going to be our first major house renovation. We had a design, so how to pick a builder? From several builders we approached we finally chose Greg Higgins and Ocean Villa Homes for a number of reasons: construction time frame was right; building cost estimates seemed reasonable and plausible; and Greg came to us highly recommended. Once we had met him a few times we felt that he would be a good man to work with and we were not disappointed. Although completion of the project was longer than estimated, the end result exceeded our expectations and came out very close to his projected costs. Throughout the four months of construction, Greg and his crew showed a commitment to quality and work efficiency. Greg follows through on his promises.
