Since July 1999, all British Columbia home builders must be registered with and offer a third party warranty through a licensed provider. Ocean Villa Homes offers the “2/5/10” warranty through St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company, the largest new home warranty provider in BC. The coverage includes two year materials and labour warranty, five year building envelope warranty, and ten year structural defects warranty.
