Since July 1999, all British Columbia home builders must be registered with and offer a third party warranty
through a licensed provider. Ocean Villa Homes offers the “2/5/10” warranty through Travelers Guarantee Home Warranty, the largest new home warranty provider in BC. The coverage includes two year materials and labour warranty, five year building envelope warranty, and ten year structural defects warranty.Our coverage under Work Safe BC, Travellers and Commercial General Liability Insurance gives you peace of mind and frees you from risks, such as injury to a third party or damage to your property, associated with constructing or renovating your home. We are committed to the highest standards of professionalism, and our written contracts let you account for each portion of your budget and make your renovation or custom home building project simple and hassle-free.
